Rushizle Metal Resurrection
Using a lifetime of experiences enriched by a truly unique and diverse upbringing to bring joy to others through the beauty of metal.
I was born in Cameroon West Africa in the 70's. The son of a doctor whose only modes of transportation were by motorcycle, land-rover, and air-cooled Volkswagens. These helped fuel the life long love affair with the machines that our lives absolutely depended upon. My earliest memories are the pungent smell of gasoline, our dark shed and a motorbike in what seemed to be one million pieces. My father somehow managing to make it run once again with limited tools and virtually no parts, just home made and re-fabricated pieces of some ancient Chinese two stroke.
I was born in a remote village hospital and my first trip home was in a 1960 beetle. From there I was on the Bike with pa as soon as I could grip onto the bar. We traveled across the country to remote villages only accessible by air or goat trail.... perfect for the bike.
Now a proud Canadian and a journeyman Heavy-duty Mechanic, I am happy to be able to use my skills obtained through a lifetime of learning to create my vision of art for all to see.
Please be aware that all my creations are one of a kind due to the nature of the media hunt. The chances of finding identical parts is extremely rare and believe me if it happens i tend to use them on one piece to accentuate the find. All of my pieces have one thing in common; They all start with a base interesting or rare part that screams to me where it belongs in these artistic puzzles.
